Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If we approve your refund, you will have the choice of either a gift card for the purchase amount, or for a refund for the purchase amount, minus a $15 restocking fee.

Late or missing return packages
If you can provide documentation from your courier that your package was shipped to us within 14 days of you originally receiving the package, we will honour that return when it arrives for up to a maximum of 60 days.

Late returns will not be accepted in any other case.

Sale items are final sale.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
